The ladies were all decked out with flowers in their hair, flowers on their wrists, and flowers in the prints of their dresses. The men added the extra dapper touches with their uniforms, ties, sports jackets and fancy hats. What a gorgeous day to celebrate the Flower and Garden Festival! I think I can even hear people singing, In the Good Old Summertime!
