Once again, the movie stars Joan of Montana and Anna have
been seen fighting in public. This continuing rivalry never seems
to die down. After the Academy Awards ceremony earlier in the
week, in which Joan received another Oscar, the two stars were
caught on the red carpet in seemingly very friendly photographs.
Movie Stars clash Again
However, as the week wore on, there were other personal
appearances by the actresses. On the surface, they seemed to be
comfortable in each other’s company. But while they were on
breaks between shots, Joan was seen showing Anna her two
magazine covers while Anna only sported one
magazine with her picture on the cover.
While Joan was smiling for one of the
photographers, Anna was
behind her rolling her eyes and
making faces that showed her
disgust for the aging actress.
In a photo shoot later in the day Anna was receiving her own
opportunity to have individual shots taken of her in all her glory.
One uncropped photo shows a hand reaching for her hair. At
first glance it looks like maybe a makeup artist was doing a
touch up on her hair. But with a closer look, the hand in the
photo looks like that of an older woman, like maybe Joan was
reaching out to pull Anna’s hair? It’s just speculation, but it
seems a distinct possibility.
The final photos, which as yet have not been published, have been found with the two actresses
engaging in an all-out slapping fight. Will these two ever learn to get along? Will they put aside
their jealous natures and be able to work together on anything? Photos taken by Joan’s secret
husband and press photographer. Did he take photos of Anna being very Childish? Did that help
her get fired from Warner Brothers?
Warner Brothers said, “We cannot have someone who acts
so childishly and dances and makes silly faces at people
in public. This is not the way we expect a possible Oscar
winner to conduct herself.”
